Vectos is a small, independently run project. These terms set expectations between you (the person using the service) and us (the people running it). Using Vectos means you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email support@vectos.app.
Please be at least 16 to use Vectos. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, you're responsible for activity under your account. Don't:
Generation and AI edits consume credits. Monthly plan credits reset at each billing period and don't roll over. One-time credit packs you purchase don't expire. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. If prices change, you'll get at least 30 days' notice by email.
Anything you upload or generate is yours. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the service. We don't claim ownership of assets you generate, and we don't use them to train AI models. You're responsible for making sure your use of generated assets is legal and doesn't infringe on third parties.
Assets are produced by large language models. We can't guarantee that generated output is unique, free from similarity to other people's work, or fit for a particular commercial use. Please review anything you plan to use publicly.
We try to keep the service up, but it's a small operation and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or retire parts of the service. If something material changes, we'll give reasonable notice when possible.
Vectos is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (for example: lost profits, lost data, loss of reputation) arising from your use of the service. If we ever are liable, the total is capped at what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
You can delete your account any time from settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, access stops and any unused credits are forfeited.
If there's a problem, please email us first, almost everything can be sorted out that way. If we can't resolve it by email, any dispute will be handled in the courts of wherever the parties live.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
